Ingredients

  1. Clean mini spray bottle
  2. Peppermint essential oil
  3. Distilled or tap water

Directions

Need to cool down during a hot day or after a workout? Revitalise yourself with this cooling and invigorating spray.

  1. Fill the mini mist spray bottle with water
  2. Add 10-15 drops of peppermint essential oil
  3. Shake well prior to each use
  4. Spray on face or neck
