Reporting an Error

If you have experienced an error on the website, please email us at technical@mintandeve.com with the hyperlink of the page, and the relevant screenshot or error message (if any).
 

Problems Accessing Website

If you have problems accessing parts of our website, please send us an email at technical@mintandeve.com with descriptions of the problem.  Please provide as much information as possible for a faster response to the problem.

  1. Operating system e.g. Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, MAC
  2. Browser and version e.g. Firefox 3, Safari 2, Internet Explorer 9
  3. The URL of the page you were trying to access
  4. Date and time of the error
  5. Screenshot of the error (you can do so by pressing the "PRT SCR" button on your keyboard, and pasting the screenshot to your email via CTRL-V.
     

Account Login

In order to access your account, you are required to sign in using the email address and password you have specified during the account creation or checkout process.
 

Forgot Account Password?

If you are unable to remember your password, you may retrieve your password by using the "Forgot Your Password" function located on the sign-in page.  You will receive instructions on resetting your password via the email that will be sent to you.
