Delivery Options and Costs

Delivery is free-of-charge within Singapore via local stnadard mail for orders above SGD$60, and via courier service for orders above SGD$100.

Processing Time

Your orders are processed within 12-24 business hours as soon as your online orders are placed.

Our business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays in Singapore.  We do not process orders on selected eves of public holidays.  You can view the list of our non-business days here.  You may check back on this page for further details and announcements.
 

Countries We Deliver To

We provide delivery to Singapore and selected countries in Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand). 

Buying from a Country Not Listed Above?

If you reside in a country not within our specified delivery zones, please send us an email at care@mintandeve.com so that we may manually calculate the shipping fee for you.  Simply create a customer account with us, and add the items you would like to purchase into your shopping bag.  Send us an email and let us know where you would like to deliver the items to.  
 

Delivery Time
 

Via Standard Mail

For Singapore delivery via standard mail, you should receive your package within 3-7 business days after your orders are processed.  Example, if you place your order on Monday, and your order is despatched by Tuesday, you will receive your products between 3-7 business days from Monday. Do note that on most days, your package should reach 2-3 days after they are despatched.  However, there are exceptions during festive season such as Chinese Lunar New Year, Christmas and New Year where the delivery time may be longer.

Please note that SingPost does not deliver on Weekends, Public Holidays and Eves of Public Holidays in Singapore.

Kindly note that if your package is unable to fit into your letterbox, SingPost will attempt to deliver to your address.  However, if no one is around to receive the order, a delivery note will be left at your door step, and you will be required to pick up the package from the designated Post Office at your convenience.  SingPost do not provide redelivery for standard mail/packages.

Via Courier 

For Singapore delivery via courier services, Mint and Eve engages the services of third-party courier companies such as Rocket Uncle, Taqbin or others.  Your package is usually despatched the following business day after it is processed.  Example, if you place your order on Monday, and your order is processed by Monday, your package will be despatched by Tuesday and will reach you on Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on the delivery time you have selected.

There are exceptions for large orders, as more packing time is required before the package can be despatched.  However, this is rare as we always try our best to have the package delivered to you as soon as your order is placed with us.  

When receiving your order via Courier Delivery, you may be required to sign on the delivery slip.

Via International Shipping

For International Orders, you should receive your orders within 7-14 business days after your orders are despatched.  We will always send you an email to let you know whenever your package is despatched.  If you have opted for international express courier service from Fedex or DHL from us, your package will have a tracking ID and you will be able to tell when it will arrive at your designated address.

We do not encourage your package to be shipped via standard mail as no tracking is available, and chances of lost or damaged pacakges are high.

Tracking is only available for International Shipping.
 

Redelivery for Courier Services
 

Via Courier

You will usually be notified via SMSes to confirm the date/time of the delivery.  The courier company will provide one attempt at redelivery.  In the event your package is returned to us due to failed delivery or wrong address, a processing fee of $5 will be required for us to arrange for delivery again.

Via Standard Mail

There is no redelivery for packages sent via Singpost Standard Mail.  If your package is returned to us due to non-collection or wrong address, a processing fee of $5 will be required for us to arrange for delivery again.
