What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order for your purchases.
 

Where does your essential oil originate from?

Our products, including essential oils, are carefully evaluated and sourced from all over the world.  Some of them are locally produced or handmade.  
 

Are there benefits to aromatherapy?

100% pure essential oils used in aromatherapy are anti-bacterial, anti-cancerous, anti-fungal, anti-infectious, anti-microbial, anti-tumoral, anti-parasitic, anti-viral and anti-septic.

These essential oils have been shown to destroy all tested bacteria and viruses while simultaneously restoring balance to the body.

Most importantly, they help promote emotional, physical and spiritual healing.
 

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, international delivery is now available to selected countries.  Other international locations will be added in phases.

Is delivery fee or tax included in your product prices?

Delivery fee and taxes are not reflected in our product prices. However, you will be pleased to know that very competitive delivery and processing fees for orders placed online. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is also not applicable.
 

What currency are your product prices in?

The product prices listed in our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 
 

Can I change my order after they have been placed and paid for?

Unfortunately, your order is final once it has been placed and paid for.
 

Can I exchange or get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, if you have received a faulty product from us, we will always provide an exchange for you. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for more details.
