Enjoying Essential Oil by Diffusion

Diffusion is one of the fastest absorption of scenting a room to enhance the ambience and inhaling of essential oils into the body. It can be traditionally done through placing the essential oil directly near a heat source (like light bulb or tea light) with or without adding water to the essential oils.

A cold air nebuliser / diffuser can also be used for better therapeutic effect. It makes use of air in room temperature to blow the essential oil against a nebuliser, which breaks the oils up, dispersing micro-fine mist into the air.

  1. Add 5 - 10 drops (or as desired) of essential oil to burner, diffuser or nebuliser.
  2. Add water if required.

Enjoy, as your room gets scents in your favourite aroma!
