Using Essential Oil in Body Massage

Essential oils can be added to carrier oil (vegetable oils like jojoba oil, aloe vera oil) to be diluted for safe use on skin. Since essential oil is small in size, it can penetrate through skin rapidly. This helps ease tight muscles, improve blood circulation, relax the mind and breaks anxiety.


  1. Dilute 5 - 10 drops of essential oil with 30 ml of carrier oil or lotion.
  2. Sooth the mixture into tired muscles and feel the difference!


Do not apply without dilution on your skin.
